Last week, our group went on its first team retreat to discuss today’s and tomorrow’s challenges and opportunities in teaching and research. Beautiful Lake Constance was the perfect place to disconnect and focus.

The focus topics were the development of student assistants and research associates, as well as research and teaching in the age of AI. Nathy Ravez joined as moderator and organizer, which made the discussions even more lively and the workshops more productive.

A highlight was the appreciation poncho (see picture), where we each got to tell one another what we like and value about each other.

For this retreat, we joined forces with the Digital Service Innovation group.
